Finding a fine restaurant in Austin in the middle of the afternoon, between 2:00 – 5:30pm is not an easy matter.   Fortunately, there is P.F. Chang’s in Downtown Austin.  This China Bistro chain offers a complete dining menu.  On our last visit, 0n September 10, we even got a free dim sum for checking in Foursquare.
